Shaun holds over two decades of expertise in digital identity and innovation, beginning his career with Deloitte and progressing through various leadership roles. A Chartered Accountant and a former Deloitte partner, he's an established figure in digital transformation with a focus on digital identity and digital customer ecosystem technology globally.
Shaun has founded and led several organizations, including Contactable, independently acknowledged as the leading regional integrated digital identity and e-KYC platform in Africa, showcasing his commitment to pushing the boundaries of the digital landscape. Recognised as a global thought leader, Shaun's contributions have significantly shaped the industry.
Jason brings over fifteen years of experience across financial services and digital identity, having begun his career in mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets and equity finance before helping shape Contactable’s growth from 2010 onwards.
Holding a BCom in Industrial Psychology, a BCom Honours and an MCom in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria, he combines financial discipline with a strong instinct for technology architecture.
As COO at Contactable, Jason has helped turn complex identity and compliance challenges into practical, scalable solutions, building the operational backbone, trusted client relationships and execution discipline behind the business. He is focused on building the trust needed to deliver solutions that reshape digital customer journeys in ways that are both commercially sound and human-centred.
